ABERDEEN, UK -- Triton Group Holdings has acquired Geoscience Earth and Marine Services (GEMS) for an undisclosed sum.
The Houston-based geologic, geophysical and geotechnical engineering consultancy group has 30 employees and a turnover of around $9.8 million.
GEMS' founding directors, Mike Kaluza, and Alan Young, will continue to manage the business and become shareholders in Triton Group through a cash and equity deal.
