ABERDEEN, UK -- Chevron North Sea has awarded Sulzer Wood a contract to support more than 20 pumping systems installed on the Alba, Captain, and Erskine North Sea UKCS assets. The $23-million contract term is three years, with two one-year extension options.

Following Sulzer Wood's previous contract as incumbent pump maintenance contractor for the Alba and Captain Assets, the new Managed Reliability Program (MRP) contract means that Sulzer Wood is responsible for the improvement and overall reliability of all Alba, Captain, and Erskine pumping equipment.
