Aker Solutions acquires PSV Solutions

STAVANGER -- Aker Solutions has acquired Scotland-based PSV Solutions. According to the company, the acquisition will enable Aker Solutions to provide a modern fabrication facility in support of local projects, for which there is a growing demand. The business will become part of Aker Solutions' Aberdeen-based operations.

PSV Solutions was established in 2006 as a specialist business focusing on structural fabrication, carbon and exotic steels pipework, aluminum fabrications, and vessels. It has a client base of leading energy service companies and operates with 22 people from a facility at Badentoy Industrial Estate.
