Swiber, CUEL to pursue EPCIC projects

Swiber Holdings Ltd. of Singapore and CUEL Ltd. of Thailand, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will allow both companies to jointly pursue offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) projects in the Asia/Pacific region.

SINGAPORE -- Swiber Holdings Ltd. of Singapore and CUEL Ltd. of Thailand, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which will allow both companies to jointly pursue offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) projects in the Asia/Pacific region.

The MOU will combine Swiber and CUEL to offer turnkey solutions to the regional offshore oil and gas industry, the companies said in a joint announcement.
