Songa Offshore ASA will merge with its subsidiary Songa Offshore Cyprus Plc, and move from their current location in Oslo to Cyprus.

OSLO, Norway -- Songa Offshore ASA will merge with its subsidiary Songa Offshore Cyprus Plc, and move from their current location in Oslo to Cyprus.
The merger and move will "achieve flexibility with regards to future further internationalization of the company and with this in mind the future location of the holding company within the European Economic Area / the European Community (EU)," the company said in a statement.
