LONDON -- Bjørge Steinco Moland has acquired the PMS division of Norway-based Megacon. The agreement involves the acquisition of all PMS-activities from Megacon, including development of future PMS generations.
"For us, this was the right moment to sell, and we are very content with the agreement with Bjørge Steinco Moland A/S," says Asbjørn Geber, founder and chairman of the board of Megacon AS. "We have full confidence in the fact that Bjørge Steinco Moland A/S will continue to develop both the product itself as well as its reputation, in order to allow us to focus on the core business of Megacon."
