Norsk Hydro completes subsidiaries sale

Norsk Hydro ASA has completed the sale of its Production Partner and Production Services subsidiaries to Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services.

OSLO -- Norsk Hydro ASA has completed the sale of its Production Partner and Production Services subsidiaries to Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services.

Hydro will retain 15% of the shares in the two companies until the end of 2009.
