HERTFORDSHIRE -- Sensornet has signed a supply and cooperation agreement with Ziebel for Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) technology.

The supply agreement will allow further expansion of Ziebel's current fiber optic permanent downhole monitoring solutions as well as intervention services.

The partnership enables Ziebel's intervention technologies and competencies to be combined with products and services from Sensornet. This allows for the provision of data management and interpretation services by FloQuest, enabling advanced analysis of DTS and other sensors for flow allocation, injection profiling, and well integrity monitoring.

Sensornet and Ziebel have also signed a new three-year exclusive agreement to cooperate on the commercialization of the ZipLog wellbore optic surveying method.
