PARIS -- Technip has acquired EPG (BV Ingenieursbureau EPG), a specialized engineering company in the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. EPG is based in the Netherlands, and employs 120 people.
EPG specializes in plant modifications, modernization, and capacity extension. EPG, which will be named Technip-EPG BV, has 35 years of experience working with local and global clients and an in-depth knowledge of the Dutch market.
