Swiber Offshore Construction and Rawabi Holding Co. have set up a joint venture company named Rawabi Swiber Offshore Construction Co. Ltd. (RSOC) to provide offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning services in Gulf Cooperation Countries.

SINGAPORE -- Swiber Offshore Construction and Rawabi Holding Co. have set up a joint venture company named Rawabi Swiber Offshore Construction Co. Ltd. (RSOC) to provide offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning services in Gulf Cooperation Countries.

Both companies hold a 50% stake in RSOC.
