Transocean's move to Switzerland approved

Transocean has received approval from the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to move its place of incorporation from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland.

HOUSTON -- Transocean has received approval from the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to move its place of incorporation from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland. The company intends to complete the transaction after the close of business on Dec. 18.
