SMD wins COOEC ROV contract

TYNE AND WEAR, UK-- Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Ltd. of China (COOEC) has awarded SMD a contract to supply two 1,000-m (3,281-ft) rated work class ROVs.
Two 150-HP Quantum units will be supplied, each complete with launch and recovery system, control cabin, and workshop cabin all designed and built by SMD.
