ABERDEEN, UK -- Port Services Engineering has acquired a majority stake in management system and training company Training Competency Consultancy (TCC).
TCC is a specialist in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management systems and training for the offshore industry. The company has overseas operations in Brazil, Azerbijan, the Middle East, and West Africa.
