HOUSTON –W&T Offshore has acquired Apache Corp.'s interest in Ship Shoal 349 field offshore Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico for $116 million, effective January 1, 2008.
The field covers two federal lease blocks, Ship Shoal 349 and 359.
