Offshore staff
HOUSTON -- Twachtman Snyder & Byrd (TSB) has changed its name to Proserv Decommissioning Contractors & Engineers Inc. and Proserv Abandonment Services, and Circle Technical Services has changed to Proserv Marine and Subsea Technology.
All three represent business units within the abandonment and decommissioning strategic business unit of Proserv Offshore, which acquired TSB in 2007 and Circle in early 2008. According to the company, the management team, employees, and services will be unaffected by the name change.
"Our goal is to become the unrivalled, international leader in the abandonment and decommissioning of onshore and offshore facilities, and the global underwater and offshore maintenance industry," says Robert Finch, VP of Proserv Offshore. "Aligning each company's name with its service package was an important step in the process."
