Offshore staff
OSLO -- DNV Software has acquired Jardine Technology Ltd. (JTL). The acquisition will add JTL's performance forecasting and optimization products to DNV's software portfolio.
The acquired software products include MAROS for the upstream oil and gas industry; TARO for the downstream refining, petrochemical, and chemicals industries; and TRAIL for the rail industry.
