THE NETHERLANDS -- IHC Merwede has acquired The Engineering Business (EB). The company, based in Northumberland, England, will now trade as IHC The Engineering Business.
EB specializes in designing, building, and supplying engineering solutions for the offshore oil and gas, submarine telecom, defense, and offshore renewables industries.
