PARIS – Technip is in negotiations to acquire French robotics engineering specialist Cybernetix.
The latter’s products include ROVs, AUVs, and underwater inspection technology.
Technip says it would benefit from Cybernetix’s know-how and technological expertise in designing, manufacturing and deploying robotic systems in harsh environments.
