LONDON and RIO DE JANEIRO – GE has completed acquisition of Wellstream Holdings Plc. The acquisition extends GE Oil & Gas’ subsea manufacturing and services portfolio.
Wellstream engineers and manufactures flexible risers and flowlines from facilities in Newcastle, UK, and Niteroi, Brazil. The acquisition is valued at $1.3 billion.
