OPC to support Statoil drilling, reservoir studies offshore Norway

LONDON – Statoil has awarded OPC a five-year framework agreement for a wide range of offshore engineering services, with options to extend until 2023.
The agreement covers provision of consultants for drilling and wells engineering, and facilities; offshore drilling and QHSE supervision; geology, geophysics, reservoir and production technology, data management, and petrophysics.
It applies mainly to Statoil’s Norwegian operations but may be extended to some international locations.
