Offshore staff
PARIS -- Technip has acquired the Oslo-based offshore engineering and services contractor Ingenium AS.
This company, which employs over 20 engineers, develops mechanical and electro-hydraulic tools and provides services for marine operations such as installation of pipes and cables.
It worked on the umbilical lay spread on the North Sea Giant for Eni Norge’s currentGoliat development in the Barents Sea.
