Expro International Group Plc. has received a number of new and extended contracts with a combined value of $100 million.

Expro International Group Plc. has received a number of new and extended contracts with a combined value of $100 million. The new awards are in addition to a recently announced pan-European contract with Shell Exploration and Production Europe valued at $100 million over five years.

ChevronTexaco awarded Expro's subsurface systems unit a $35-million contract for electro-hydraulic deepwater safety systems in what is believed to be the first high-pressure subsea field to be developed in a deepwater environment. The contract has an initial three-year term with revenues starting in late 2005

In the Europe/FSU region, the company won awards totalling $25 million from BP and Talisman in the UK North Sea and Total in the Netherlands for cased-hole services. The majority of these awards are for the continuation of existing contracts. The region also added several surface and environmental contracts totalling $15 million, including Marathon in Norway, KPO in Kazakhstan, and Venture in the UK North Sea.

The Africa/Asia business, managed out of Dubai, received contracts for both cased-hole and surface and environmental services totalling $25 million, notably with Woodside for its field development offshore Mauritania and with CNR for its Espoir project offshore Cote D'Ivoire.
