Smith Rea wins Total contract for IT at Glenelg field

Energy consultancy Smith Rea has won a contract from Total to provide specialist support during operation of an allocation computer system for the Glenelg field in the UK North Sea.

Aberdeen-based Smith Rea is also developing a back-up computer system to mitigate any exposure associated with delays in delivery and commissioning of the equipment.
