Stavanger-based Autronica Offshore, a subsidiary of Autronica, is an international supplier of fire and gas detection systems and maritime instrumentation and is responsible for all Autronica products supplied to offshore markets worldwide.

Fluenta
Fluenta develops, manufactures and markets non-intrusive flow metering systems for liquids and gases. Products comprise a flare gas meter, water-in-oil monitor, clamp-on topside and subsea sand and pig detectors, ultrasonic gas flow meter, and subsea and topside multiphase flowmeters.
Headquarters are in Bergen, with Fluenta, Houston serving the western hemisphere market. A subsidiary is also being formed in Australia. Other world oil and gas provinces are handled by a network of agents.

Karmoy Winch
Karmoy Winch is a Norwegian production company manufacturing equipment for various sectors of the oil industry. It also hires out winches with pull capacity of up to 500 tons and powerpacks worldwide.
The company has its own test site for winch trials. Equipment is also produced for anchorhandling supply vessels, such as KARM Fork stoppers, towing pins, cranes and winches. Karmoy also supplies portable air-driven valve actuators for use on oil platforms.

Kongsberg Offshore has opened a new sales office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysiawhich will be responsible for sales and after-sales support of the company's products. The office will be located at the facilities of the local agent, General Process.
KOS has over 20 years experience working for the international oil and gas industry, primarily in the North Sea. It is a leading subsea systems supplier and a key provider of custody transfer and multiphase flow metering systems.

Telenor
Offshore units requiring high-volume data-file transmission can cut communications costs with a new high-speed, 64kbit/s data transfer service on Inmarsat B. This is now available from the Eik Land Earth Station in Norway, operated by Telenor for a Nordic joint venture.
Inmarsat B is a digital system enabling video and audio broadcasts, multiplexed channels and video conferencing, as well as access to ISDN. It is cost-effective: user terminals cost less and the charges are much lower than on Inmarsat A. All the Inmarsat satellites provide global coverage.

Transocean, based in Tananger, Norway, is an integrated drilling and well services company with four business areas/subsidiaries. Transocean Petroleum Technology AS performs production drilling on six fields in Norway, and has wide experience in well intervention and directional drilling. Mobile Units owns 15 drilling rigs operating in the North Sea and elsewhere.
Anchor Drilling Fluids has comprehensive activities associated with drilling fluids services. Transocean Engineering & Construction offers engineering, maintenance and modification services to the oil and gas industry.
