PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad — Wood’s joint venture (JV) company has a new five‑year framework agreement with Shell Trinidad & Tobago covering engineering projects and asset support.

The JV will serve Shell’s offshore and onshore facilities, providing turnaround support for mature brownfield assets and assistance for new greenfield developments.

Massy Wood’s 1,000-strong local team has been supporting Shell in Trinidad & Tobago since 2018.
