OEG expands renewable energy division

ABERDEEN, UK — OEG Energy Group has acquired Marine Coordination Services (MCS), an offshore project services provider based in Terschelling, the Netherlands.
MCS will join the OEG Renewables division.
OEG also made a couple acquisitions last year:
- In November 2023, OEG Energy Group acquired subsea/topsides services provider Bluestream Offshore, also based in the Netherlands; and
- In April 2023, OEG Offshore (part of OEG) acquired Pelagian Ltd., a provider of consultancy, engineering and installation management services to the submarine cable and offshore renewable energy industries.
