STAVANGER, Norway – Ocean Installer has changed its name to Havfram.
The company said the change reflects its increased commitment to offshore wind.
The company has established the following business areas: Hav Dyp, Hav Vind and Hav Kraft. Hav Dyp will include its current operations within subsea oil and gas projects. Hav Vind will carry out installations and project execution relating to offshore wind. Hav Kraft aims to become a leading consultant within the development of offshore wind farms, both nationally and internationally.
