HOUSTON – Shell has awarded Cyberhawk a five-year contract to supply its iHawk cloud-based asset visualization software for all the company’s offshore, subsea and onshore assets, and all global construction projects.
Cyberhawk, which has been working with the company since 2012, said it would provide a central platform for all digital and visual data sources and a fully-enabled IoT solution, integrating third-party sensors and APIs specifically developed for Shell.
Shell has also awarded Cyberhawk global aviation authorization, which permits drone-based inspections and surveys across all its facilities.
