BANGKOK, Thailand – Subsea/drilling services group Mermaid Maritime has incorporated an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Mermaid Subsea Services (UK), in the UK.
This will serve as a vehicle to expand the company’s provision of subsea and related services into the North Sea.
