CapeOmega to acquire Njord Gas Infrastructure

    CapeOmega Holding has entered into a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Njord Gas Infrastructure Holding AS from USB International Infrastructure Fund Holding Cooperatie UA and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

    BERGEN, Norway – CapeOmega Holding has entered into a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Njord Gas Infrastructure Holding AS (NGI) from USB International Infrastructure Fund Holding Cooperatie UA and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

    NGI holds a 8.036% participating interest in the Norwegian offshore pipelinesGassled joint venture.

    The closing of the agreement is subject to approval by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Ministry of Finance, and the Norwegian Competition Authority.
