Offshore staff

(US, GoM) - Forest Oil Corp. and Mariner Energy Inc. have completed the spin-off of Forest's subsidiary, Forest Energy Resources Inc. (FERI), which owns Forest's GoM operations, and the subsequent merger of FERI with a subsidiary of Mariner, making Mariner a GoM-focused independent exploration, development, and production company.
