Offshore staff

(US) - Ezra Holdings Ltd. is expanding its marine services through execution of a 50:50 joint venture with KS Energy Services Ltd. in respect of a 25% interest in KSES (USA) Inc. (held through a subsidiary of KS Energy).

KSES operates offshore assets and provides marine services in support of drilling operations of oil majors in North America. This newly established JV enables Ezra to expand its rig and liftboat operations to North America.
