Tony O’Reilly has stepped down as CEO of Providence Resources P.l.c. and has resigned from the board (and all subsidiaries).

DUBLIN and LONDON – Tony O’Reilly has stepped down as CEO of Providence Resources P.l.c. and has resigned from the board (and all subsidiaries).

In the interim, his executive functions will be assumed on a temporary basis by Pat Plunkett, chairman.
