ABERDEEN, UK – Xodus Group has reached an agreement to acquire Perth, Australia-based Green Light Environmental.
Petrina Raitt, Green Light’s managing director, will head up Xodus’ plans to expand its Asia/Pacific operations.
Raitt had also founded eBase, a cloud-based environmental impact assessment service.
Xodus will continue to use and develop eBase through its technology team which already support two environmental-based software packages - EmTRAX (emissions tracking) and RegTRAX (Drilling Environment and Health & Safety register).
