TANANGER, Norway– WellConnection Group, a Norwegian inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) company, has acquired Peterhead-based Independent Oilfield Services (IOS).
This deal marks the company’s entrance into the UK market.
IOS will change its name to WellConnection IOS.
Glynn Geddie, managing director of IOS, will transition into the role of CEO of WellConnection IOS and continue to manage the operations from its 50-acre facility in Peterhead.
