The semisubmersibleTransocean Arctic will spud well 35/4-2 on the Songesand prospect and the 35/4-U-1 shallow gas pilot hole in license PL931.

Songesand is 28 km (17.4 mi) northwest of the Vega field, 44 km (27 mi) northeast of Visund and 50 km (31 mi) north of Gjøa, in a water depth of 392 m (1,286 ft). Drilling should last 17 days.
