The extension brings the firm period of the contract to a total of 90 days.

In addition, SeaBird Exploration and its partner MCG have received an additional pre-funding commitment from an oil major for the ongoing multi-client 2D project in northwest Europe. The pre-funding commitment is based on a revised scope increasing the survey from 6,000 km to 16,000 km (3,728 mi to 9,942 mi).
