WOKING, UK– Spectrum has started a 10,000-sq km (3,681-sq mi) 3D multi-client seismic survey over the southern Santos basin.
This survey covers an area south of the major oil and gas discoveries in the Santos basin and the blocks offered in the recentRounds 2, 3, 4, and 15.
Fasttrack data will be available for the round expected in the second half of 2019.
The 3D project builds onSpectrum’s 2D database in the region and marks the opening of the highly prospective deepwater area in the Santos basin.
