    Safe Boreas remaining at Mariner in the North Sea

    Equinor UK has exercised the first of six one-month options to extend the charter of Prosafe’s Safe Boreas, valued at $6 million.

    LARNACA, Cyprus – Equinor UK has exercised the first of six one-month options to extend the charter of Prosafe’s semisub accommodation vessel Safe Boreas, valued at $6 million.

    Last August, theSafe Boreas started a 13-month firm operational period at the new Mariner complex in the UK northern North Sea. The support will now continue through to early October.
