Offshore staff
NORTH SYDNEY, Australia – AWE has completed the sale of its 57.5% interest in the Tui area oil fields offshore New Zealand to Tamarind Management.
The cash consideration is $1.5 million before tax, with an estimated completion payment to Tamarind of $2.2 million for purchase price adjustments.
Tamarind will in the process become operator of the fields and assets.
