SAN DONATO MILANESE, Italy – BP Berau has contracted Saipem for offshore and engineering works related to the Tangguh LNG expansion project offshore Indonesia.
Saipem will provide engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of two unmanned platforms and subsea pipelines.
In accordance with the requirements of SKK Migas, Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas regulator, Saipem will focus on local content enhancement, including at the company’s Karimun fabrication yard.
