Offshore staff
SKUDENESHAVN, Norway — Kongsberg Maritime and Solstad Offshore have entered an agreement to jointly identify and trial decarbonization technologies for Solstad’s fleet of offshore vessels.
They will use Kongsberg Maritime products and services to determine ways of increasing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions, also investigating the use of other emerging digital technologies to raise operational efficiency.
Solstad operates about 40 modern vessels, all featuring equipment from Kongsberg Maritime.
