LONDON — Tullow Oil brought onstream two water injector wells last month at the deepwater Jubilee Field offshore Ghana, the company reported in a brief update.
Oil production over the year to date has been impacted by reduced levels of water injection and schedule delays to the Jubilee South East incremental development.
However, the company expects higher injector rates by year-end 2023, with a further water injector and two more producers due to be drilled on Jubilee in the next few weeks. These should be ready for tie-in during the first half of 2024.
