    OSLO, Norway – Statoil has the Petroleum Safety Authority’s consent to drill the Koigen Central prospect in the Barents Sea.

    The semisubmersibleSonga Enablercould spud well 7317/9-1 next month in production license 718.

    Drilling should last 32 days.
