Offshore staff

HOUSTON – Harvest Natural Resources has closed the sale of all of its Gabon interests to BW Energy Gabon.

These include a 66.667% interest in the offshoreDussafu production-sharing contract covering a 210,000 acre area for $32 million in cash, subject to adjustments.

BW Offshore plans to develop fields in the area using an FPSO.
