WEST PERTH, Australia– The Tap Oil Ltd. board of directors has appointed James Menzies as executive chairman, effective Dec. 15, 2016.
Menzies joined the board in May 2016 as an independent non-executive director.
He succeeds Doug Bailey, who will retire from the board effective Dec. 15. Bailey has served as chairman since 2012 and prior to that served as an independent non-executive director.
