Offshore staff
LONDON– Chevron Australia has commissioned Atkins to provide offshore and onshore engineering support services for its oil and gas facilities in Western Australia.
Atkins’ 50-strong team of engineers in Perth will manage the program, supported by others in the UK and Houston.
The company has also been working onINPEX’s Ichthys LNG project off Western Australia.
Elsewhere, it recently secured a framework agreement with GDF Suez covering the full lifecycle of consultancy services, and a multi-disciplinary pre-front-end engineering and design decommissioning contract fromCentrica Energy.
