HOUSTON – The offshore US drilling rig count declined another three rigs from this past week, reaching a total of 31, reports Baker Hughes Inc. This is 16 fewer than this time a year ago.
The total US rig count is 1,028, down 790 from the year prior.
The total number of rotary rigs working in North America reached 1,128, 40 fewer than the week prior and 925 less than a year ago.
