AL KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia – Mechanical services group EnerMech has signed a joint venture agreement with Abdulla Fouad Group (AFG).
Last month AFG acquired Shoabi Group’s oil and gas agencies, joint ventures, and facilities.
EnerMech’s Saudi Arabian operation in Al Khobar supplies crane, hydraulics, valves, process, pipelines and umbilicals, lifting and inspection services, equipment rental and training to the Saudi Arabian energy sector.
AFG will provide the branch with technical assistance and marketing services.
EnerMech has other operational bases in the region in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Ras al Khaim.
