COPENHAGEN, Denmark – OneSubsea has contracted MacArtney to supply Moog Focal oil and condensate gas FPSO slip rings, cables, and associated junction boxes for Total’s Martin Linge project in the Norwegian North Sea.

MacArtney’s full scope covers one low-voltage electrical optical slip ring, one medium-voltage electrical slip ring, one pedestal (mounted between the slip rings for improved cable access), one batch of turret side cable assemblies and four junction boxes to be mounted on the geostationary part for the FPSO turret.

Martin Linge is in water depths of up to 115 m (377 ft). The field is being developed via an integrated wellhead, production, and accommodation platform. Gas will be exported to the UK via the FUKA gas pipeline.
